Hello, welcome, and nice to meet you! I'm Kristen, a self-proclaimed foodie! I am definitely one of those people who live to eat, not eat to live. What I eat on a day-to-day basis changes, but for the most part it is healthy, organic, plant-based, and balanced. That is not to say I don't indulge here and there, which is also why I don't like to label myself or restrict my diet - hence the name of this blog. I mean, who wants to feel like they have to have "cheat days" to enjoy something delicious? Definitely not me. I think that any craving can be satisfied and any recipe can be renovated to be more health-conscious. I'm not here to preach any sort of food lifestyle we should all adopt, but I hope that in my corner of the internet you can find some food inspiration that works for you. :)
